THE COMPANY

Our Client is in the aerospace industry with a strong presence in APAC and Singapore. They are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join their team in Singapore, reporting to the Manager.

THE ROLE

The Senior Supplier Quality Engineer (based in Singapore) is responsible for:

1. Fix Supplier Quality Issues: Identify, diagnose, and resolve supplier-related problems to improve production efficiency.
2. Inspect Defective Materials: Assess faulty materials, decide on returns, and conduct failure analysis.
3. Enhance Supplier Processes: Audit, qualify, and support suppliers in improving manufacturing quality.
4. Monitor & Improve Quality: Track performance, lead reviews, and drive corrective actions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SQE in the SMT (Surface Mount Technology) process.
• Experience in handling supplier quality issues and fixing problems with parts and processes.
• Strong technical skills & knowledge in electromechanical systems.
