Supervisor (Renovation/Building Construction)

Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and commission equipment/systems per project specs.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot systems/equipment.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and BCA regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and on-site teams.
• Maintain service logs, reports, and documentation.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards to management.
• Support additional tasks as assigned by the team.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience in the building industry.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
