Join the Operation team in a vital role supporting online order fulfillment across multiple stores. You will ensure accurate delivery and implementation of new processes while collaborating on various projects and responding to customer feedback.

• Support at multiple stores’ order fulfillment operations.
• Ensure new/updated process flows/SOPs are implemented.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for projects.

Job description

You will be part of the Operation team to support the daily process of fulfilling online orders from customers. You will also be required to verify the investigation on customer feedback and do monthly billing to another department
Roles & Responsibilities

• Support at multiple stores’ order fulfillment operations, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered punctually
• Ensure new/updated process flows/SOPs are implemented for operations on the ground
• Doing testing for new system enhancement and new projects
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for various projects such as new store opening and store expansion works
• Verifying investigations and consolidating feedbacks submitted by customer
• Compiling of monthly Billing to another department
• Any other ad-hoc duties
