• Position Title: Supervisor, Dairy Manufacturing
• Working Location: Pioneer
• Working Hours: 6 Days (8hrs per day, 44hrs per week)
• Salary Package: $3,000 - $4,500
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure products are manufactured in compliance with cGMP and HACCP standards.
• Coordinate with the production planner and management on any changes or delays in the production schedule.
• Work with R&D on raw material shortages or quality issues.
• Regularly report raw material characteristics, such as foreign particles, color, texture, and odor, to QC.
• Brief Operators and Line Leaders on production matters and management information.
• Manage Operators and Line Leaders as needed on a daily basis.
• Assist by covering the production line during breaks.
• Check machinery and consumables during shifts; report issues to the Manager.
• Collaborate with the Batching Leader.
• Enter and update production output details in Navision promptly.
• Prepare and submit reports to management.
