Job summary

A ship management company in Singapore is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team and ensure product quality. The role requires O Level education and 1-3 years of experience in F&B Manufacturing. You will oversee machining setup, troubleshoot issues, and ensure orders are fulfilled. Competitive salary range is $2,800 - $5,500 a month.

Job Description

• Ensure proper machining set-up & identifies the machine for servicing/repair if necessary
• Perform troubleshooting when errors occur
• Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Lead production team to achieve department productivity and quality goals
• Ensure line clearance is practiced for mix-up prevention
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled
• Ensure all products meet specified quality standards and minimize the cost of production
• Employee orientation and training
• Enforce workers’ basic work disciplines and resolve worker’s problems
• Daily reporting to the management

Job Requirement

• Possess at least O Level.
• Minimum 1-3 years working experience in F&B Manufacturing.
