A Foot Reflexology Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a reflexology or wellness establishment, balancing hands-on therapeutic duties with administrative and staff management responsibilities.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Floor Management: Oversee daily shop operations, enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), assign therapist rotations, and coordinate staff breaks.

• Hands-on Services: Provide professional foot reflexology and body massage treatments to customers, especially during peak hours or for VIP clients.

• Staff Training & Mentorship: Train new therapists on techniques, customer service protocols, and company standards.

• Customer Service & Recovery: Handle customer inquiries, address complaints, and manage service recovery to ensure high satisfaction rates.

• Hygiene & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards (such as sanitizing equipment, proper linen handling, and maintaining a clean environment).

• Administrative Tasks: Manage inventory logs (oils, lotions, towels), oversee appointment scheduling, and assist with basic reception duties.

2. Typical Requirements
