Job summary

SQ HUMAN RESOURCE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Supervisor to support the Senior Supervisor in daily operations. The role requires hands-on leadership of a small team, ensuring tasks such as cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation are completed on schedule in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate work schedules, monitor machinery, report issues to management, and assist with preparing job descriptions. Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and night shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Able to work night shifts.
• Willing to lead a team and work hands-on with workers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of workers and work hands-on to carry out assigned cleaning tasks.
• Conduct routine checks of machineries and report major repairs to management.
• Prepare job descriptions and work schedules.
• Set up dish stations and maintain a clean, clutter-free work area.
• Report to Supervisor or senior managers as required.

Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Assistant Supervisor to report to our Senior Supervisor.

• Must be contactable by means of hand phone at any time including weekend and public holidays
• Must be able to work on weekend and public holidays
• Must be able to work night shift
• Must be able to lead a team of workers, assist and hands-on together with the workers to carry out the assigned work (washing of toilets, mopping, vacuuming, jetting, scraping and washing of mirrors) within the time schedule.
• Carry out routine check of machineries and carry out minor repairs and report to the operation manager if required major repairs or replacement
• Reporting to the Supervisor or other senior managers as required.
• Preparing job descriptions and work schedules
• Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks
• keep dish area free of clutter and organized.
