Job summary

NRT TRADING & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a supervisor to oversee site operations, supervise workers and maintain attendance records. The role involves hands-on support with cleaning tasks and the ability to lead a team within the time schedule.

Candidates should have a Diploma, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and good interpersonal and communication skills. Weekend and public holiday work may be required; strong safety awareness is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate workers' performance and keep accurate attendance records.
• Lead a team and assist hands-on with washing, cleaning tasks within the schedule.
• Communicate with management and workers; respond to customer complaints and requests.
• Carry out routine checks of machineries and report major repairs or replacement to operation managers.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed in all works.
• Work on weekends and public holidays as required.

Job description

• We are looking for a supervisor to assist with the site operations, to supervise and evaluate workers performance and keep accurate records of workers attendance.
• Must be able to lead a team of workers, assist and hands‑on together with the workers to carry out the assigned work (washing of toilets, mopping, vacuuming, hi-jet washing, scraping, and cleaning of mirrors) within the time schedule.
• Must be contactable at any time including weekend and public holidays as and when required
• Able to communicate with management and workers, able to respond to customer’s complain and request.
• Carry out routine check of machineries and carry out minor repairs and report to the operation managers if it required major repairs or replacement.
• Must be able to work on weekend and public holidays.
• Monitor all works that are carried out according to safety procedures.
