Job summary

LEECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Management lead to oversee installation projects in Singapore. You will direct field crews, read blueprints, and coordinate workflows to meet strict deadlines while maintaining quality and safety.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training of staff, and careful logistics, including inventory control and timely deliveries, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct field crews: assign daily tasks to installers, technicians and laborers.
• Train staff: onboard new hires on installation techniques and standards.
• Evaluate performance: monitor workmanship quality and provide feedback.
• Read blueprints: interpret drawings, layouts and specs accurately.
• Conduct site surveys: measure openings before manufacturing/installation.
• Schedule workflows: coordinate timelines, deliveries and manpower.
• Troubleshoot issues: resolve misalignments, mechanical problems on site.
• Inspect finished work: ensure doors, gates, windows open and seal properly.
• Enforce safety: uphold PPE use and heavy material handling rules.
• Sign off projects: walkthroughs with clients/GCs to secure approval.
• Manage materials: track inventory for hardware, frames, glass, tools.
• Coordinate deliveries: ensure on-site arrivals are safe and intact.

• Read blueprints: Interpret architectural drawings, structural layouts, and technical specifications accurately.
• Conduct site surveys: Measure openings precisely before manufacturing or installation begins to avoid errors.
• Schedule workflows: Coordinate project timelines, deliveries, and manpower allocations to meet strict deadlines.
• Troubleshoot issues: Resolve structural misalignments, mechanical issues, or site constraints on the spot.

Quality Control & Compliance

• Inspect finished work: Ensure all doors, electronic gates, security grilles, and windows open smoothly, seal properly, and meet aesthetic standards.
• Enforce safety protocols: Maintain strict adherence to site safety rules, including the proper use of PPE and secure handling of heavy materials.
• Sign off projects: Conduct final walkthroughs with clients or general contractors to secure project approval.

Logistics & Inventory

• Manage materials: Track inventory levels for hardware, frames, glass panels, and specialized tools.
• Coordinate deliveries: Ensure materials arrive on site safely and undamaged.
