Job Description & Responsibilities
- Plan, lead and serve a diversified international client base
- Internal audit, special projects, transaction services and due diligence work
- Develop audit programs and carry out audit field work
- Provide on the job training and guidance to associates
- Prepare clear and concise internal audit reports to Management/Board for corrective actions
- Possible secondment to affiliated Chartered Accountant Firm to assist with statutory audits
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree with major in accounting, or professional qualification such as ACCA, ICAEW, CPA Australia
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ work experience in audit
- Ability to handle a portfolio of clients across industries, and planning, leading and managing the audit assignments
Special Skills
- Candidates should possess good command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
- Candidates must also be prepared to work in a multi-cultural environment and travel, particularly to Asian countries.
- Proficiency in an additional Asian Language is highly desired (in order to handle queries, feedbacks and concerns from Asian Language speaking associates)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
