Job summary

RMR INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Supervisory professional to safely operate company trucks and transport materials across project sites, warehouses, and client locations in Singapore. You will ensure timely deliveries, maintain vehicle condition, and comply with traffic and safety regulations.

The role requires a Class 4 or 5 licence and 2–5 years of driving heavy vehicles, plus strong knowledge of local roads and regulations. Overtime and multi-site work are common.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 4 or 5 Driving Licence.
• 2–5 years of experience in driving heavy vehicles or trucks in Singapore.
• Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Physically fit and able to assist with loading/unloading duties.
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Operate company trucks and vehicles for delivery and collection of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure safe loading and unloading of goods according to safety standards.
• Check and maintain vehicle condition daily, including fuel, oil, tires, and cleanliness.
• Follow assigned delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely transportation.
• Assist in site logistics, material movement, and coordination with site supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of delivery and trip logs.
• Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or delays immediately to the Operation Manager.
• Support general site operations when not on delivery duty.
• Conduct basic maintenance checks and ensure the truck is roadworthy at all times.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Physically fit and able to assist with loading/unloading duties when required.

• Basic communication skills in English (understanding instructions and reporting).
• WSQ Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health for Drivers (advantage).
• Able to work independently and perform overtime when necessary.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Full-time position (site-based or logistics yard).

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (may vary based on project schedule).

Overtime and weekend work may be required based on operational needs.

Work location: Across various sites in Singapore.
