You will support the manager, promote promotions, and help maintain a smooth cash flow when the manager is away, while coaching staff and ensuring store cleanliness.

The role emphasizes staff development, adherence to opening/closing routines, and proactive communication with the management on any issues affecting outlet performance and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the outlet manager in daily operations.
• Ensure guest needs are met and promote promotional items.
• Responsible for all cash handling in the outlet in the manager's absence.
• Coach and train existing and new staff.
• Oversee opening and closing of the outlet.
• Provide feedback to the manager on operational issues.
• Ensure outlet cleanliness and upkeep.
• Manage inventory and stock levels.

Job description

• Assist the manager/assistant manager in the daily operations of the outlet.

• Responsible and accountable for all cash amounts within outlet, in the absence of manager.
