- Project Oversight: Manage all phases of construction from planning to completion, including reviewing blueprints, overseeing work sequences, and developing project plans.
- Team & Resource Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors, manage labor, materials, and equipment, and ensure resources are used efficiently.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets required standards and design specifications.
