Job summary

AIA Singapore offers a structured apprenticeship in financial advisory, where you’ll work with senior advisors on real cases to develop client engagement skills and financial planning know-how. You’ll learn to assess goals, risk profiles, and engage clients effectively in a supportive team environment.

You’ll receive sponsorship for MAS licensing exams, a monthly allowance, mentorship from experienced professionals, and opportunities to network and grow your professional brand for a long-term
