Key Responsibilities:
Act as SME and Solution Architect of SAP SuccessFactors cross HR modules
Combine deep technology, function, and industry skills to advise clients on their enterprise technology architecture.
Define the vision, design and blueprint for the future state.
Evaluate and select technology solutions that support the overall enterprise architecture and align with business objectives, while optimizing performance and scalability.
Leverage deep technology expertise and enterprise architecture strategies to advise, shape, and execute large-scale technology transformations.
Lead the deployment and initial stages execution of the initial stages of technology architecture blueprints and roadmaps.
Advise on technology assets during the sales and solutioning process.
Develop thought leadership, innovative insights, and value-driven offerings and assets that address market-relevant enterprise architecture challenges.

Possessed more than 8 years of consulting experience in Technology space
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies
