SPH Media Limited is seeking a proactive Telemarketer on a 6 months temporary contract to support subscription acquisition and on-ground activation events in Singapore. The role emphasizes outbound calling campaigns to re-engage lapsed subscribers and attract new customers, with additional operational support for roadshows.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in telemarketing or customer-facing roles, strong communication skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, event support, retail, or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and engaging telephone manner.
• Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in data tracking and handling, as well as system navigation for order processing.
• Resourceful, creative, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required

Responsabilités

• Outbound Calling & Win-Back Campaigns: Contact subscribers lapsed within the past 3 months to promote premium offers and drive resubscription.
• Lead Acquisition: Engage prospective leads via outbound calls with tailored subscription packages to grow the reader base.
• Support Roadshow Order Processing: Assist with subscription processing acquired during roadshows, customer enquiries, and administrative setup during roadshow activations.
• Administrative & Ad-hoc Duties: Perform general administrative tasks and support additional projects as assigned by the supervisor
