Key Responsibilities:
• Execute subscription and billing processes for the LEARN platform
• Handle enquiries from agency subscribers and provide timely follow-up
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the team
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months of administrative or customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders confidently
• Meticulous with numbers, well-organised, and able to multitask
• Self-driven, resourceful, and a positive team player
