Job description

  • Stay updated on permitting regulations and ensure compliance to support optimal cable route planning, considering cost and operational requirements.
  • Review and approve route survey results.
  • Resolve marine incidents and approve recommendations from onboard ship representatives.
  • Attend planning and coordination meetings with authorities (e.g., MPA, IMDA) and contractors to address marine cable routing issues.
  • Serve as a member of the Marine Working Group during the marine installation phase.
  • Maintain and update submarine cable "as-built" and "as-repaired" route information in the GIS database.

Skills for Success
