Job description

This is a unique opportunity for experienced Student Care Teachers looking to step up into a more focused academic and enrichment teaching role.

We’re looking for passionate educators to guide and inspire primary school students (P1–P6) in both academic learning and holistic development.

You’ll play a dual role — teaching MOE-aligned subjects while also supporting student care routines in a vibrant after-school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and support students in English, Math, Science or Chinese, based on the MOE Primary syllabus
• Guide students with homework completion and reinforce learning
• Conduct enrichment programmes focused on confidence, creativity and character-building
• Monitor and record students’ progress, addressing individual learning needs
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and engaging learning space
• Build positive relationships with students and their families
• Ensure students' safety during school-to-centre transfers and within the premises
• Support daily centre operations and assist with ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in any discipline
• At least 2 years of experience teaching or supporting primary-level students
• Strong subject knowledge in English, Math, Science, or Chinese
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Energetic, warm, and passionate about working with children
• A positive, learning mindset and team-oriented attitude
