We are recruiting for a globally recognised ERP solutions provider within the maritime sector, known for delivering the most complex and flagship ERP projects in the industry. With a decentralised structure and a growing footprint across Europe & Asia, this business continues to win major contracts with some of the largest fleets globally. As part of their strategic growth, they are looking for a Qualified, determined, and motivated Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead and deliver in-depth expertise on the QHSE, Procurement, or PMS modules within their implementation team.

What will you be doing?

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert on either the QHSE, Procurement, or Planned Maintenance System (PMS) modules for implementation projects.
• Serve as the key interface between clients, product managers, and project managers, advising confidently at Director and C-suite level.
• Provide deep module expertise, ensuring that solutions align with operational and technical requirements of the maritime sector.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing across the global SME team, helping shape future projects and delivery standards.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Expert-level knowledge in either QHSE, Procurement, or PMS (Planned Maintenance System) within a maritime ERP environment.
• Must be Singapore Citizen or PR (Permanent Resident)
• Confident communicator who can hold their own with technical directors and senior stakeholders.
• Previous experience in implementations, ERP projects, or software delivery within shipping is highly desirable.
