We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional to join our team at Welspun World. This role will be pivotal in driving key organizational effectiveness initiatives, fostering innovation, and supporting skill-building programs across group companies.

Sub Section Head-GF-HCGA-Learning, Leadership Development & Culture

Job Description
  • Design & deliver learning programs, conduct TNI (group-wide), and develop L&D calendar.
  • Evaluate feedback for improvements and report to senior leadership.
  • Mentor the Excellence Centre team on induction processes; lead implementation for GET and MT induction.
  • Build effective branding of digital platforms and e-learning modules at business and group level.
  • Ensure timely execution of development programs on LMS and outsourced, gather feedback.
  • Design and implement functional academies, ensure learner engagement, and create learning journeys.
  • Support talent management initiatives, create IDPs, and plan leadership development programs for top talent.
  • Plan career conversations, foster employee engagement, trust, and inclusion.
  • Develop and standardize associate skilling templates and programs in partnership with HR teams.
  • Address skill gaps for blue-collar workers to ensure workforce competency.
  • Implement employee wellbeing programs, introduce recognition programs.
  • Create talent dashboards, reports, and analytics; write SOPs for L&C, Talent functions.
  • Build real-time reports for budgets and IDPs; maintain data on key talent pools.
Experience & Competencies

6+ years in HR strategy, organizational development in manufacturing; proficiency in business acumen, entrepreneurship, global mindset, people excellence, instructional design, impact evaluation, ROI monitoring.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's in Engineering, Master's in HR or related; 5-7 years in HR/OD; knowledge of HR systems, wellbeing programs, career frameworks; strong communication, project management, analytical skills; ability to drive cultural change.

Desired Attributes

Strong business acumen, self-motivated, results-oriented, experience in large matrix organizations preferred.
