Job summary

Une entreprise médiatique dynamique recherche un Sub-Editor talentueux pour gérer le calendrier de contenu de deux de ses sites sœurs. Le candidat idéal aura de l'expérience en rédaction et en édition, ainsi qu'une passion pour le mentorat et la gestion d'équipe. Vous serez responsable de l'assurance qualité du contenu et de l'alignement avec les objectifs éditoriaux.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en rédaction.
• Au moins 2 ans d'expérience en sous-édition.
• Expérience en gestion d'équipe de rédacteurs.

Responsibilities

• Gérer le calendrier de contenu pour Uchify et Colto.
• Écrire, éditer et relire des articles.
• Mentorer des stagiaires et rédacteurs juniors.

About The Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Sub-Editor to manage the content calendar for two of TSL’s sister sites: Uchify and Colto.

You will not only oversee editorial processes but also contribute to writing, editing articles, and mentoring interns under your care

What You Will Do

• Content Calendar Management: Oversee the content schedules for Uchify and Colto, ensuring timely and relevant publications.
• Writing & Editing: Write, edit, and proofread articles to ensure they meet editorial standards.
• Pitching: Proactively pitch content ideas, ensuring alignment with editorial direction and client needs.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor interns and junior writers, offering feedback and fostering their development.
  
  

The Successful Candidate Should Have

• At least 3 years of experience in writing and 2 years of sub-editing
• A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in managing a team of writers
• Strong command of the English language
• Being meticulous and versatile
• Able to multi-task
• Knowledge in SEO is a bonus
