Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Study Abroad Customer Manager to join our expanding team. You will play a crucial role in linking students with international education opportunities and growing our outreach through channel development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage education-related channels to source potential students.
- Provide professional consultation services and accurate information to students and parents.
- Identify and convert prospective leads into confirmed clients.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with partner institutions, agencies, and channel collaborators.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with channel partners to understand their needs and ensure successful cooperation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the overseas education sector or related fields (e.g., international schools, educational travel programs, or language training).
- Familiarity with international education systems, application processes, and market trends.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
