Responsibilities:
Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment.
Lead and supervise a team of sales associates to meet sales targets and deliver excellent service.
Plan and execute visual merchandising and product displays to maximize customer engagement.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with warehouse or suppliers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and develop action plans to drive growth.
Train new staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies.
Work closely with marketing and management on promotions, events, and campaigns.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
At least 2–4 years of experience in retail sales or showroom management.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with good problem-solving ability.
