About the Role:
We're seeking a hands-on Studio & Event Producer to lead video shoots, livestreams, and AV for live events. You'll manage end-to-end production and showcalling, ensuring smooth execution in high-pressure environments.
Key Responsibilities
1) Studio Production & Operations
- Set up, operate, and maintain studio equipment including PTZ cameras (NDI), camcorders, lighting rigs, switchers, audio mixers, and teleprompters.
- Ensure shoots are technically sound across formats-live, pre-recorded, green screen, and hybrid.
- Maintain a clean, organized studio with up-to-date gear and inventory.
2) Green Screen & Visual Workflows
- Manage green screen productions end-to-end, including lighting, chroma keying, and supporting post-production teams with clean visual outputs.
3) Live Event Production & Showcalling
- Lead AV execution for live and hybrid events. Act as showcaller, managing show flow, cues, and transitions.
- Coordinate rehearsals and technical run-throughs while collaborating closely with internal teams, vendors, and freelance crew to ensure smooth execution.
4) Livestreaming & Technical Execution
- Operate and troubleshoot livestream setups using NDI, SDI, and encoding tools.
- Use platforms like vMix and OBS to manage signal workflows and live content switching.
- Resolve technical issues quickly and professionally during live sessions.
5) Systems Management & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain studio equipment and software (firmware updates, service records, licenses).
- Recommend workflow improvements, tech upgrades, and risk mitigation strategies to keep operations smooth and future-ready.
6) Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with producers, creative, marketing, and event teams to interpret briefs and deliver high-quality productions.
- Support speakers and presenters, ensuring confidence and alignment on technical setups.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in studio production, live streaming, or AV event management.
- Deep knowledge of multi-camera workflows, NDI/SDI systems, live switching, and AV setups.
- Strong experience with livestream software (e.g. vMix, OBS) and editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects is a plus).
- Proven showcalling experience in live or hybrid corporate and studio environments.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends during major events (with time off in lieu).
- Experience in creative content production or video editing is a plus.

- Working Location: Toa Payoh, (HDB Hub near Toa Payoh MRT Station)
- 5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays: 9.00am to 6.00pm
