Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Fitness Studio Manager to lead our award-winning BFT studio. As a key partner with the Studio Owner, you'll oversee daily operations, drive member engagement, and ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Studio Operations: Maintain a clean, organised, and safe studio environment, adhering to standard requirements.

· Member Experience: Foster strong relationships with members, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure member satisfaction.

· Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including managing staff rosters.

· Sales and Marketing: Drive member subscriptions and retention through effective sales and marketing strategies.

· Equipment Maintenance: Ensure fitness and technology equipment is well-maintained and conduct regular health and safety checks.

· Issue Resolution: Handle complaints, incidents, and emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.

· Communication: Collaborate with the Studio Owner, staff, and members to promote programs, events, and studio news.

· Administration Duties: Perform administrative tasks, such as managing member databases, maintaining accurate records, and overseeing supplies and inventory replenishment.

Requirements:

· At least 5 years of experience in the fitness industry, preferably in management role.

· Physical Education certification or diploma in fitness (desirable).

· Excellent people skills, sales and marketing experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

· A passion for fitness and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Able to work non-standard schedules, including evenings and weekends.
