Job summary

PSB Academy PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Studio Operations Manager on a 1-year contract to oversee technical resources and coordinate video production for teaching and events.

You will manage inventory, lead live shoots, liaise with lecturers, students, marketing, and event committees, and ensure smooth studio operations across locations. Weekend/evening work may be required. The role requires a degree in media or related fields and hands-on experience with broadcast equipment and editing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in media or related field.
• Experience with live broadcast equipment.
• Knowledge of Premiere Pro and video editing software.
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings if required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain studio equipment inventory.
• Operate camera/studio for video shoots.
• Coordinate video production and editing.
• Vendor recruitment and procurement management.
• Budgeting and cost control for studio operations.
• Represent the school at marketing events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
