KeyResponsibilities:

OverallTechnicalOversight:

• Overseetheentiretechnicalinfrastructureofallthestudios,includingbroadcastsystemsandcoordinatingwiththerespectivemanagersonstudiolighting,cameras,visionsystems,audioequipment,andotherproductiontechnology.Serveasthetechnicalsubjectmatterexpertforproductionsthatvaryfromstudio,feature,eventsandoutdoorbroadcasts.Ensureallequipmentissetup,maintained,andoperatedaccordingtothehighestindustrystandards.

StudioFloorManagement:

• Managetheoperationsofthestudiofloors,ensuringthatthespaceisfullyequippedandconfiguredforvariousproductionneeds.Overseethesetupandoperationofstudioequipmentduringliveandrecordedproductions,ensuringtechnicalworkflowsrunsmoothlywithoutdisruption.Directmulti-camerastudioproductionswhennecessary

TeamLeadership&Supervision:

• Leadateamoftechnicalprofessionals,includingengineers,technicians,andoperators.Providementorship,guidance,andtrainingtoensuretheteamisfullyequippedtohandledailyproductionchallengesandevolvingtechnologyneeds.ManageschedulingandallocationofmanpowerwithintheVideoEngineeringteam.Fosteracollaborativeandproactiveteamenvironment.

TechnologyIntegration&Innovation:

• Evaluate,recommend,andimplementnewtechnologiesthatenhanceproductionqualityandstudioperformance.Stayaheadofindustrytrends,ensuringthestudio’stechnicalcapabilitiesremainfuture-readyandcutting-edge.

ProductionCoordination:

• Workcloselywiththeproductionteam,directors,producers,andotherstakeholderstounderstandtechnicalrequirementsforeachproject.Ensurethatalltechnicalsystemsareconfiguredandreadyforliveorrecordedshoots,troubleshootinganypotentialissuesbeforeorduringproductions.

Maintenance&EquipmentManagement:

• Overseetheregularmaintenance,calibration,andtroubleshootingofallstudioequipment.Ensurethatalltechnicalsystemsareoperatingoptimally,andmanagetherepairandreplacementofequipmentasnecessary.Establishandenforcebestpracticesforthemaintenanceandcareoftechnicalassets.

Budget&ResourceManagement:

• Managethetechnicalbudget,allocatingresourcesefficientlyandensuringthatprojectsremainwithinfinancialconstraints.Ensurethatallstudioequipmentispurchased,maintained,andupgradedasnecessarywithinbudgetaryguidelines.

Health,Safety&Compliance:

• Ensurethatalltechnicaloperationsandstudioactivitiescomplywithrelevanthealthandsafetyregulations.Enforcesafeworkingpracticesacrossthestudio,particularlyonthestudiofloor,topreventaccidentsandmaintainasecureworkenvironment.
