As part of InnerGroup, the InnerStudio delivers end-to-end and cost-efficient content creation and delivery across multiple media channels.OverviewWere on the hunt for an experienced and people-focused Studio Director to lead our delivery and production function at the heart of InnerGroup. This role is critical to ensuring our studio runs like a well-oiled machine balancing workflow, quality and profitability while leading a team of Project Managers and Design Directors and overseeing the Studio Manager. Dependable Authority Someone who people look up to and respect, and who they want to go the extra mile for.Core Responsibilities Oversee the studio delivery function of the InnerStudio, managing a team of Project Managers and Design Directors and ensuring projects run smoothly from initiation through to final delivery. Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance oversight for the project management team, ensuring roles are clearly defined and executed effectively. Oversee the day-to-day running of the studio operation, with the Studio Manager reporting directly to you. Ensure that the Studio Manager is enabled to deliver effective resource allocation, traffic management, and prioritization across all departments to meet deadlines and maintain quality. Lead the ongoing optimization of the processes, tools, and systems that drive operational excellence and scalability. Serve as the escalation point for project and studio issues, resolving roadblocks quickly and diplomatically. Monitor project and studio KPIs, providing regular updates to leadership and making data-informed decisions to improve efficiency and output.Required Experience & Skills 10+ years of studio, operations, or delivery management experience within a creative, advertising, or design agency (preferably with experience of the tight deadlines and large volumes associated with creative outsourcing). Proven experience managing teams of Project Managers and operational staff. Strong understanding of creative studio workflows and resourcing models across a variety of deliverables (digital, print, video, etc.). Proficiency in and appreciation of the value of project and resource management tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana, &c. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, scopes, and resource forecasts with precision.
