Job
-Serve as a mentor and positive role model for students during after-school hours.
- Provide academic support and homework guidance across key subjects
- Deliver or assist with enrichment programmes, including Chinese language and learning workshops.
- Monitor and track students’ academic progress and overall well-being.
- Build strong rapport with students and parents, and provide clear communication on progress and programmes.
- Serve as the main point of contact at the front desk — handle enrolments, payments, and enquiries
- Coordinate with teachers and centre management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging classroom and centre environment.
- Support basic admin and operations to ensure centre efficiency
