Job description

Deliver meaningful support experiences to learners in a vibrant education environment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Ensure Smooth Service Delivery
    Execute daily operations to provide timely and effective support to learners, ensuring a seamless service experience.

  • Drive Student Satisfaction
    Deliver services aligned with departmental goals to meet performance standards and enhance the learner journey.

  • Champion Service Quality
    Ensure all student interactions are handled professionally and in compliance with institution's policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

  • Support Innovation & Efficiency
    Contribute ideas to improve processes and systems that enhance service delivery and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Diploma holder with at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in an education or service-related / Call-Centre environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle enquiries and engage diverse groups of students.

  • Bilingual and proficient in spoken and written English.

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and tech-savvy in handling digital platforms.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering excellent student support.
