What You’ll Do:Ensure Smooth Service Delivery
Execute daily operations to provide timely and effective support to learners, ensuring a seamless service experience.
Drive Student Satisfaction
Deliver services aligned with departmental goals to meet performance standards and enhance the learner journey.
Champion Service Quality
Ensure all student interactions are handled professionally and in compliance with institution's policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Support Innovation & Efficiency
Contribute ideas to improve processes and systems that enhance service delivery and operational excellence.
Diploma holder with at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in an education or service-related / Call-Centre environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle enquiries and engage diverse groups of students.
Bilingual and proficient in spoken and written English.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and tech-savvy in handling digital platforms.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering excellent student support.
