Job description

Position: Course Enrolment Specialist

Basic Salary: $2900 (Gross Salary : $3700)

Commission Structure (paid out every 2 months):

- $50 for every 10pax (attending Free 2hr Preview)

- $40/pax: From 1st ~ 10th pax registered for Full Course

- $80/pax: From 11th ~ 20th pax registered for Full Course

- $120/pax: From 21st ~ 30th pax registered for Full Course

Performance Bonus (paid out every 2 months):

- $350 when 20pax registered for Full Course

- $500 when 30pax registered for Full Course

- KPI: 20pax registered for Full Course

Working Hours: 9.30am-5.30pm(5 Working Days)

Location: Toa Payoh

Job Responsibilities:

1.Lead Management

-Follow up with unresponsive leads via email, WhatsApp, and calls.

-Promote workshops (e.g., 1-Day Engineering Workshop, Free 2-Hour Engineering Training).

-Warm outreach to previous clients, company POCs, and facility management firms.

2.Pre-Course Preparation

-Check inventory and order supplies (3 weeks prior).

-Confirm venue booking and logistics.

-Print certificates and send pre-course engagement emails.

-Coordinate with suppliers for loaned thermal cameras.

-Prepare materials: snacks, name list, tent cards, exam papers.

-Ensure all participant payments are received.

3.Post-Course Tasks

-Consolidate test scores and feedback.

-File papers and send course documents to graduates.

-Respond to reviews, update LinkedIn, and upload photos.

-Return loaned equipment and restock course materials.

-Prepare and mail out credentials.

4.For Level 2 Courses

-Update CRM (Brevo) and move contacts from Level 1 to Level 2.

Requirements:

  • For those with Diploma/Degree.

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in education field.

  • Proven sales experience & strong communication skills.
