Our Client: Our client, a global Education Services provider is currently hiring a Student Placement Manager to join their growing team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

1. Drive the development and implementation of business plans to achieve objectives for the student placement team
2. Develop and maintain a strong sales and service culture within the business
3. Build strong client support through ongoing engagement and client relations
4. Lead and manage a diverse team to achieve goals
5. Monitor and review KPIs and budget

The Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
2. Demonstrated experience in developing business plans and strategies to achieve goals
3. Experience in leading and coaching a diverse team in a customer facing multi-national company
4. Experience in managing diverse stakeholders – clients, students
5. Excellent presentation and communication skills
