Job summary

A recruitment service provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional for student management and disciplinary support. The role involves monitoring attendance, conducting patrols for safety, and managing disciplinary issues with strong communication skills. Job description
Contract duration
  • 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2027
  • 12 months contract (Option to extend)
Working hours
  • Mondays to Thursdays: 7:15am to 4:45pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break or such working hours
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Job Scope

Daily Operations & Student Management

  • Monitor and manage student punctuality, implementing appropriate interventions for late arrivals and maintaining accurate attendance records
  • Conduct regular patrols of classroom blocks and common areas to ensure a safe, orderly learning environment and address any behavioural concerns promptly

Disciplinary Support & Case Management

  • Provide comprehensive support to Year Heads and Discipline Master in investigating disciplinary matters, including gathering information, conducting interviews, and preparing detailed reports
  • Coordinate and supervise in-house suspension and detention programmes, ensuring students receive appropriate guidance and support during these interventions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date disciplinary and attendance records in individual student profiles, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
Requirements
  • 3+ years in a similar role with proven expertise.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
  • Experienced in supervising and engaging teenagers safely.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholder
  • Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented team player
