Job description

Summary

To work with the supervisor to plan, implement and organize appropriate programmes and activities for the holistic development of students and promote a vibrant campus life, and supporting the department’s administrative processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and identify with supervisor new activities and developmental programs that meet students’ needs and interests.

  • Manage CCA Clubs in accordance with established policies and guidelines and maintain regular interactions and meetings with them.

  • Promote and market activities and programmes to students through various communication channels.

  • Supervise, guide and oversee (including safety) programmes and events, including vetting proposals from external partners and / or students and making recommendations to supervisor.

  • Keep track of assigned budget and expenditure for all related programmes

  • Provide prompt and efficient service to students.

  • Provide support in the management of crisis situations and areas of Student Conduct where required.


Job Requirements:


Academic Education/Experience/Training

  • Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline with relevant working experiences.

  • Possess effective oral, written communication and organisational skills.

  • Effective interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken English.

  • Microsoft 365 e.g. Office, Sharepoint, Teams, Power Automate, Forms

Personal Attributes

  • A good team player with keen sense of responsibilities and initiative

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Organised and have an eye for details

  • Enjoys working with students and effectively bilingual
