Job summary

Private Advertiser in Clementi, Singapore seeks a candidate to provide course counselling to prospective students and their parents at the counter and at recruitment events. You will follow up on sales leads by phone to schedule appointments with staff for programme clarification.

The role includes handling ad-hoc duties as required, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (1 hour unpaid lunch) and a contract that renews every four months.

Qualifications

• Provide course counselling to prospective students and/or parents at the counter and at recruitment events.
• Follow up with existing sales leads via phone to set appointments with staff for programme clarification.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide course counselling services to prospective students and/or parents at the counter and ad-hoc recruitment events when necessary.
• Comfortable in following up with existing sales leads via phone call with the intention of making appointments for prospective students to speak to staff for further programme clarification.
