Job summary

PlayFACTO (学乐坊) is seeking an experienced Student Care Teacher to join our team across six campuses in Singapore. The role focuses on student care, safety, and programme delivery with active liaison among parents, schools, and staff.

You will mentor staff, ensure smooth operations, and uphold high care standards while maintaining accurate student records and timely documentation across the centre network.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Centre Manager & Supervisor to manage the daily operations of a premium student care centre.
• Ensure overall safety and wellbeing of the children.
• Liaise with Centre Manager & Supervisor, Parents and school with regards to students and Centre matters.
• Mentor, lead and motivate staff in their work.
• Ensure that programmes and activities are carried out smoothly.
• Handle parent enquiries and provide regular updates to parents regarding their children’s well-being and academic matters.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of applications, withdrawals.
• Maintain updated records of students’ profile and finance matters.
• Classroom management, including assisting in classrooms whenever necessary.
• Administrative work (sales, collection of fees, and collection of forms) and upkeep of centre premises.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Manager & Supervisor
