Job summary

SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED is partnering with a trusted enrichment brand in Singapore to recruit a dedicated Student Care Centre Supervisor. You will oversee daily centre operations and ensure safety, compliance, and quality learning outcomes for primary students.

You will lead staff, handle administration and finance, engage parents, and drive programme planning and continuous improvement. A patient, communicative leader with 4+ years in student care and supervisory experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in student care, with a minimum of 1 year in supervisory, management or leadership role.
• Patient, responsible, and passionate about working with young children
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily centre operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with standards.
• Lead, develop, and manage staff while overseeing administration, finance, and centre performance.
• Ensure safe student transitions, including pick-ups and risk management processes.
• Lead student behaviour management and support staff in handling complex cases.
• Engage parents on student matters and maintain strong communication standards.
• Oversee academic support programmes and ensure quality learning outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Drive programme planning, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (10am-7pm)

Working Location: Clementi/Tampines

Salary: $3,500 - $4,000
