Qualifications

Job description

  • Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
  • Guide students with their daily homework and school assignments.
  • Conduct and facilitate enrichment, character-building, and recreational activities.
  • Maintain discipline and reinforce positive behaviour.
  • Prepare and serve meals/snacks, and ensure cleanliness of the premises.
  • Communicate with parents on students’ progress and behaviour.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks and logistics (e.g. attendance, lesson materials).
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and execute programs and events.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’/‘N’ Levels, NITEC, or equivalent. Higher qualifications in Early Childhood/Teaching/Child Psychology are advantageous.
  • Prior experience working with children (e.g., tuition, teaching, childcare) is preferred.
  • Patient, responsible, and passionate about nurturing young minds.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic first aid training (preferred or must be willing to obtain).
