Job description

Kinder Growth is a trusted educational and student care provider. We are looking for passionate and responsible Student Care Teachers, especially those who can teach Primary School Math, to join our growing team.

As a Student Care Teacher, you will play a key role in guiding students academically and personally during their after-school hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons in Math or other core subjects aligned with MOE syllabus
• Supervise and support students during homework and revision sessions
• Plan and conduct enrichment activities and daily routines
• Guide and monitor student behaviour and well-being
• Communicate with parents and collaborate with team members
• Fetch students from nearby schools (walking distance or pick-up point)

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Education or relevant fields (Math, Science, English, Chinese, etc.)
• Minimum 2 years’ teaching experience with primary-level children
• Strong knowledge of MOE curriculum, especially Math
• Good classroom management and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about working with children and contributing to their growth
• Able to work Monday–Friday, including during school holidays (full-day)
