Job summary

PLAYFACTO @ POTONG PASIR PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Student Care Teacher to join our Potong Pasir centre. You will create a nurturing, enriching environment and guide students through language and core subjects with care.

Responsibilities include delivering lesson content, supervising Primary 1–6, and coordinating with parents to share progress while ensuring student safety and smooth daily operations at the centre.

Qualifications

• Bilingual ability in Chinese and English required.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification or prior relevant experience.
• Demonstrates strong work ethics and integrity.
• Exhibits a positive attitude when facing challenges.
• Experience teaching children, preferably at primary level, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute character development programs and engaging activities.
• Supervise Primary 1 to 6 students, ensuring completion of daily homework and spelling.
• Provide emotional support, conflict resolution and positive reinforcement.
• Ensure safety and timely transfer of children from school to centre and supervise at the centre.
• Regularly liaise with parents and caregivers to provide feedback on progress.

About the role

PlayFACTO School @ Potong Pasir is seeking a dedicated and caring Student Care Teacher to join our team in Potong Pasir. You will play a crucial part in providing a nurturing and enriching environment for the students in our care.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and deliver PlayFACTO lesson content to children (English, Math, Chinese & Science)
• Execute PlayFACTO character development programs and engaging activities to students
• Supervise primary school children (Primary 1 to 6) to ensure completion of daily homework and 听写 / spelling
• Provide emotional support, conflict resolution, and positive reinforcements
• Ensure safety and timely transfer of children from school to centre
• Ensure the safety of children at the centre
• Regular liaison with parents and caregivers to provide feedback on children’s behavioural and learning progress
• Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Head

What we're looking for

• Bilingual (Chinese & English) as supervision of Chinese schoolwork and 听写 is required
• Minimum requirement of a Diploma OR prior working experience in a similar role
• Possess excellent work ethics and integrity
• Exhibit a positive attitude when faced with challenges
• Have experience in teaching children, preferably at the primary level
• Possess a passion for nurturing children
