Une organisation de bienfaisance basée à Singapour cherche à recruter un superviseur pour aider les élèves de l'école primaire. Le candidat idéal aura un O-Level, au moins une année d'expérience et une forte passion pour l'enseignement. Le poste nécessite la capacité à travailler avec les enfants, à planifier des activités éducatives et à communiquer régulièrement avec les parents. Des enseignants retraités sont encouragés à postuler.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level avec une année d'expérience pertinente.
• Aptitude à maîtriser l'anglais, le chinois, les mathématiques et les sciences.
• Expérience dans l'enseignement ou gestion de groupe d'enfants.

Responsibilities

• Superviser et guider les devoirs quotidiens des élèves de P1 à P6.
• Maintenir l'ordre et la sécurité au centre.
• Planifier des activités de loisirs et d'apprentissage.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision and guidance on daily school homework and testing of spellings for P1 – P6 students

• Maintain order and discipline in the Centre and ensure students’ safety and well-beings at all times

• Plan and conduct Centre’s festive celebrations, holiday activities and enrichment lessons

• Maintain regular communication with parents on their child’s academic progress and behavioural management

• Routine operational duties

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with preferably 1 year of relevant work experience

• Able to handle all four subjects of English, Chinese, Mathematics and Science will be an advantage

• Team player with strong passion and patience in guiding / teaching children

• Organised and able to multi-task

• Good in Microsoft Office (Words, PowerPoint) advantageous

• Retired teachers are welcome to apply
