The opportunity KC SPACE (Kid Castle Education Group) is seeking dedicated and passionate Student Care Teachers to join our vibrant team in the Clementi Central – West Region. You will play a key role in nurturing primary school students during after‑school hours, supporting their academic, social and personal growth.

What you’ll do

• Facilitate engaging, age‑appropriate activities: homework supervision, academic enrichment and recreational programmes
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment
• Build positive relationships and support students’ social‑emotional wellbeing
• Collaborate with parents/guardians and school staff to address individual needs
• Uphold centre policies, procedures and regulations to ensure high standards of care and safety
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training to continuously improve practice

About you

• Relevant teaching/childcare experience, ideally in primary or student care settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to connect with students and families
• Patient, creative, and genuinely passionate about working with children
• Knowledge of age‑appropriate learning activities and behaviour management strategies
• A collaborative team‑player who adapts to students’ needs
• Relevant qualifications in education, childcare or related fields (advantageous)
