Student Care Teacher

Location: Choa Chu Kang

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Classroom management: Creating a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment
2. Behaviour management: Instill discipline at all times
3. Supervise primary school children (Primary 1 to 6): Ensure completion of daily homework and spelling
4. Provide academic guidance: In all subjects
5. Art and craft: Able to teach primary school students
6. Lesson planning: Plan, deliver, and present lesson content to students
7. Programme planning: Conduct engaging programmes and activities during school terms and holidays
8. Character building: Inculcate positive values, build character, and instill discipline
9. Safety: Ensure safety of students during student care hours
10. Communication: Regularly update parents on students' behaviour and learning progress
11. Additional duties: Perform ad-hoc duties or administrative work as assigned by the Centre Head

Requirements

1. Have a nurturing heart, passion, and patience for students
2. Minimum GCE "A" Level qualification or above
3. Prior classroom management and/or teaching experience at the primary level preferred
4. Able to guide primary school subjects
5. Good team player with a positive attitude
6. Applicants without student care experience are welcome; on-the-job training will be provided
