Job Description for Student Care Teacher

You will be responsible to implement and supervise all aspects of daily teaching and development activities for children enrolled in the Student Care Programme.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and execute creative lesson plan to entice student into learning.
  • Create and supervise a fun and comfortable learning environment for students.
  • Organize school holiday activities and programme.
  • Supervise students to ensure completion of homework and that spelling revision is done.
  • Daily administration – attendance
  • Address and counsel student behaviour as needed.
  • Ensure students’ welfare and safety are being taken care of.
  • Liaise with parents and supervisor to provide feedback on students’, behaviour and learning progress.
  • Build up students to be servant leaders.
  • Speaks life, Touching Lives, Contributing to Society
  • Conducive working environment
Requirements:
  • Able to lead and manage primary school students
  • Able to communicate well with parents and students
  • Some relevant working experience in a related field

Working Hours:
  • 5 days week
  • Normal school term working hours: 10am – 7pm (Mon – Fri)
  • School holiday working hours: 9 hour shift between 7:30am to 7pm (1/2 hour break)
