Job Description

As a Student Care Teacher, you play a crucial role in the daily care, development and well-being of students under your supervision. You will facilitate daily routines, provide academic support, manage student behaviour, and create a safe, structured and nurturing environment. You will also work closely with parents and the centre team to support each child's growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Daily Student Care Routines

• Ensure the smooth execution of daily routines, including arrival, dismissal, meals (lunch and tea break) and recreational activities.
• Create a welcoming and nurturing environment for students.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, student progress and any incidents.
• Prepare and update student profiles to track individual needs and development.
• Support safe meal routines by being attentive to students' dietary requirements and overall well-being.

Conduct Safe and Timely School Pick-Ups

• Perform pick-up duties from nearby schools when required.
• Monitor school dismissal timings and plan pick-up arrangements accordingly.
• Ensure students are escorted safely and adhere to established safety protocols.

Manage Student Behaviour and Development

• Respond proactively to students' developmental and behavioural needs.
