Job summary

KEY TRUST RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated educator to care for 7- to 12-year-old students in a Clementi centre, fostering learning and personal growth.

You will support daily operations, assist with English & Chinese homework, establish classroom rules, ensure safety, and collaborate with a team to implement centre programs and events.

The role suits someone with 1–2 years' relevant experience and a passion for inspiring young minds; O Levels required.

Qualifications

• Minimum O Levels with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates with prior experience in giving Tuition Lessons preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Love working with children.
• Responsible.
• A team player with passion in equipping and inspiring young lives.

Responsibilities

• To facilitate and carry out the daily operations routine.
• Assist with English & Chinese Homework and Assessments.
• Setting up appropriate classroom rules and cleanliness of the classroom.
• Ensure the children are safe at all times and supervised appropriately and orderly.
• Foster a joy for learning and provide emotional support, care and concern as well as encouragement should the need arise.
• To be familiar with a student's medical conditions and dietary restrictions, etc.
• To adhere to the specific guidelines given by the Centre Manager as well as the roles assigned by the Centre Manager
• To work as a team and share the collective responsibilities
• Assist the children in their homework, spelling and assessment activities.
