Job summary

WORLD SCHOOL FUND PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Student Care Centre Manager for the North East Singapore centre. The role oversees daily operations, ensures student safety and administers enrolment and attendance while leading a team of teachers and support staff.

You will coordinate curriculum delivery, parent communications, and programme enhancements, ensuring a structured, caring environment conducive to holistic child development. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in student care or education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the student care centre.
• Ensure safety, well-being and proper supervision of all students at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe and conducive learning environment.
• Manage student registration, enrolment, attendance and subsidy applications.
• Lead, supervise and manage a team of student care teachers and support staff.
• Conduct classroom observations to maintain teaching and programme standards.
• Support staff training, development and performance improvement.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians.
• Oversee preparation and maintenance of centre reports and documentation.
