Student Care Assistant / Centre Manager

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to join Bright Learners', a leading education and training provider, as a Student Care Assistant / Centre Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality student care and managing the day-to-day operations of one of our education centres located in the East Region.

What you'll be doing

• Ensuring the wellbeing and safety of our students by providing a nurturing and supportive environment
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the education centre, including staffing, scheduling, and resource management
• Liaising with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to address any student or operational concerns
• Implementing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Coordinating and organising student activities, events, and field trips
• Providing administrative support, such as record-keeping and reporting
• Fostering a positive and collaborative team culture among the centre staff

What we're looking for

• Relevant qualifications in education, social work, or a related field
• Proven experience in student care, centre management, or a similar role in the education sector
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
• A passion for supporting the educational and personal development of young learners
• Proficiency in using relevant technology and software systems
• A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel between centres as needed
