MICHAEL PAGE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Credit Analyst to conduct in-depth credit and fundamental financial analysis. You will assess financial performance, creditworthiness, cash flows and transaction risks within a structured financing context.

You will support senior credit professionals in structuring financing transactions, review documentation for compliance, and present recommendations to the Credit Committee, gaining visibility with senior stakeholders across Asia

Competenze

Minimum 3 years of experience in credit analysis, preferably involving collateral-backed lending or structured financing.
Strong accounting and fundamental financial analysis skills, including assessment of financial statements and creditworthiness.
Good understanding of financial instruments and asset classes (equities, bonds, derivatives, structured products, real estate).
Sound credit judgement and analytical problem-solving abilities to evaluate complex financing transactions and present risk assessments.

Mansioni

Conduct in-depth credit and fundamental financial analysis, assessing performance, creditworthiness, cash flows and transaction risks.
Analyse asset classes (listed equities, bonds, derivatives, structured products, real estate) for financing collateral suitability and value.
Support senior credit professionals in structuring financing transactions, evaluating deal terms, preparing credit proposals and presenting recommendations to the Credit Committee.
Assist in reviewing financing and security documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
